All our steaks are 28 day matured for extra tenderness and flavour.
For the most flavour we would recommend our Rib-Eye steak as this cut has the most marbling. The most tender steak is the Fillet and the T-Bone has a Fillet on one side and a Sirloin on the other, giving the best of both worlds.
All our steaks include a choice of either vegetables or salad, steak chips or new potatoes and will be cooked how you like it.
